Your four-legged friend is very welcome here. However, we kindly ask that you bring only one dog per room. Please be sure to inform us in advance when making your reservation.

• Please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast and sauna areas or at the natural swimming pond. 
• If the room cannot be re-rented due to strong odors or dirt, we reserve the right to charge 90 % of an additional night's stay.

Extra beds are available for adults and for persons aged 16 and older. For guests using extra beds, we charge 40 % of the per person price per day, including breakfast.

We will charge € 2.45 per person per day for the local tax

We kindly ask for your understanding that we are an adults-only hotel in Fuschl am See. The minimum age is 16 years.

• A final cleaning fee of at least € 130 will be charged if this policy is not observed. You are welcome to smoke on your room's balcony at any time."

We have our Garni Haus Sonnleitn open from May to November.

Your reservation is confirmed as soon as you receive a written confirmation and the deposit has been paid. For last-minute bookings, the deposit can also be paid at the hotel, Ebner's Waldhof am See, upon check-in.

• Guests of the Garni Haus Sonnleitn have access to selected Waldhof offers free of charge:
  • activity program at the Waldhof with bike tours, bike rental, hiking, and tennis
  • discounts on boat trips and carriage rides
  • reduced green fees and introductory golf course at the Waldhof Golf Club
• Please understand that hotel services (wellness & restaurant) can be booked as part of a gourmet package for € 65 (subject to availability).
• A table reservation at the à la carte restaurant 'Gütl Stube' is, of course, possible at any time, subject to availability.

We kindly ask that you do not smoke in your rooms. All rooms are non-smoking. If guests smoke in the rooms, an additional fee of at least € 130 will be charged. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony of your room. Thank you for your understanding.
